Uniformed, anonymous Preservers of Peace investigate, judge, and sentence people for even the smallest of crimes. The punishment? Instant public execution by the ruthless enforcers. Finding himself in a life-or-death situation, Rhett must flee across state borders to escape the tyranny with his estranged sister in tow. Pursued, they are caught between an underground network of revolutionaries and the growing power of a corporation that is subduing people under its militaristic control.

It started out interesting, then about halfway through went downhill. Nothing really separated it from another low budget flick as it really had no message. Didn't like it.
