"Driven by a Promise, Fueled by Revenge"

A heartfelt crime thriller, DELIVERED is an intimate tale of loss, betrayal, redemption and bittersweet revenge. In the spirit of films like BULLITT, VANISHING POINT and TRUE ROMANCE, this film is packed with twists and turns, a cool car and a couple on the run.

As a young vet, Shane returns home to a financially broken and widowed Mom and he is determined to get back her home which was lost to foreclosure while he was off fighting the war. After finding out that she is working two jobs to make ends meet, Shane promises that he will get their old house back. Reluctantly, he takes an armed courier job. Not really wanting to carry a gun, it is the only job he can find. Luckily, Mom saved Dad's classic '67 Mustang which is the perfect vehicle for Shane to use for his job. It also provides an emotional connection to his Dad and is a great source of comfort.

After several routine deliveries, Shane's boss sends him on a special assignment. On the way to pick up a large amount of cash which will ultimately be exchanged for a rare piece of art, Shane stops at a roadside diner for a bite. On the way back to his car, he sees a young woman being molested by a drunk trucker and intervenes, offering the beautiful girl a ride to the next town. Lonely for some female company, he decides to spend the night in a desert motel before leaving the next morning to finish his delivery. Duped by a drug crazed young Japanese man, Shane is forced to shoot the son of a murderous gangster in self defense. On the run and inadvertently entangled in an art theft ring, Shane and the girl seek refuge at the home of a friend. Now he must untangle a web of lies to discover his own truth.

Japanese gangsters, an Armenian art dealer, a retired proctologist and a beautiful young woman compliment a young vet in this well rounded ensemble cast of unique characters. Set in Los Angeles and the dusty desert towns of Mojave Desert, the backdrop of DELIVERED provides a fresh view of California that we rarely see in films.

DELIVERED delivers the goods! This gem is a real heartfelt Indie crime thriller that did not let the modest budget get in the way of a great story. Well planned and perfectly executed. Michael Madison flawless direction takes you from one scene of the tightly written screenplay by Brandon Manbeck seamlessly to the next scene pulling crisp and dead on performances by an amazing cast. There were some scenes that made you think twice but they were well planted for a purpose to be revealed later. I found this movie to be as enjoyable as many of my favorite films growing up and I have no problem recommending it to anyone. Shane (Madison) is a wounded veteran comes home to find his parent's home has been foreclosed and his widowed mother (Alana Stewart) close to being evicted. Modest and unassuming with the endearing charm of a lost puppy Shane learns and grows quickly. Starts off wearing his father's hand me downs for job interviews and you can see and feel this character growing and gaining confidence as the story progresses. Promising to get his mother's home back he reluctantly takes a job as an armed courier for a shady delivery service. A Drive-In movie all the way.

while watching this Film i was wondering what a producer writer director must go through from start to finish. I think there is a stat the maby 1 in 10 films that are started ever Get Finished. maby the quote is off but its a huge number. Im guessing that this film did not have a great budget. I think that the Producers Writers and directors got the best cast they could get on there budget and made a Film. it is a long involved process that must take allot of discipline and Stay tuitaveness Lol is that a word? no. i think they did a fine job with this project. i would love to see what they can deliver No pun intended if they were given a few million to make a film. lets say they had $40.000.00 to make this film. with that I say great Job. i hope they move up the Hollywood Ladder and they Create the opportunity to bring home a Film with a budget that allows them to Bring There Full creative Juices to the screen. I often Wonder about the people that Bash a film and if they have ever put there Remote down long enough to Attempt to make one themselves? Iv'e done about 28 myself and understand that the best in hollywood only get if there lucky 75% of what they wanted on Screen.FR

Poor actors, scene's way too short to tell the far-fetched story and dreadful dialogue. The worlds worst continuity error at the.end just to underline how poorly made this is...don't want to give away too much but the budget must not have stretched to paying for the same hire car over a two day shoot. Get it when it's 50p just to see how bad it is.
