Watched again for the first time in years, and even as a more critical viewer I can say that most of the gags/storyline still hold up really well (except for that cross-eyed comment). Outside of some extraordinary circumstances and cartoon-like physics (it is based on a comic strip), the setups for the jokes can be just as funny (or funnier) then the punchline. The kids innocence is spot on, and most of the characters feel ripped from the strip (even if the storyline doesn't exactly).

Funny, curious, helpful to a fault Dennis on his adventures with his favorite neighbor Mr. Wilson.

Great movie for the whole family to enjoy. Excellent job @ choosing the perfect cast 4 a fabulous remake/reproduction of a hit classic that's "old but still gold" !!!
