In a present day idyllic kingdom, the benevolent teenaged son of the King and Queen (Beast and Belle from Disney's iconic "Beauty and the Beast") is poised to take the throne. His first proclamation: offer a chance at redemption to the trouble-making offspring of Cruella, Maleficent, the Evil Queen and Jafar who have been imprisoned on a forbidden island with all the other villains, sidekicks, evil step-mothers and step-sisters. These villainous descendants (Carlos, Mal, Evie and Jay, respectively) are allowed into the kingdom to attend prep school alongside the offspring of iconic Disney heroes, including Fairy Godmother, Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel and Mulan. However, the evil teens face a dilemma. Should they follow in their nefarious parents' footsteps and help all the villains regain power or embrace their innate goodness and save the kingdom?

It is like Glee and Disney characters mixed together. However, there is an issue with the content itself. My child cannot see it in their family library until I removed parental controls completely. I tried changing the allowed movie rating for all contents but it still doesn't show in their library unless I remove parental controls completely in Google Play. I know it is not that way I setup the family share because other movie titles are available. Google team please try to fix this. This is a G rated title and should show up in the minor's family library. The same thing applied for Disney Descendants 2.

The characters, terrible. The plot, terrible. The songs, annoying and dull (at least Let It Go looked nice). The actors, horrible as they were attempting to play bad kids but came of as some off the most whiny kids to come out of The House Of Mouse. Also, the king and queen are supposed to be Belle and The Beast, way to give my all time favorite animated movie the finger Disney.

Okay I'm gonna be that weird person who did not give it 4 or 5 stars here's why.. 1. The songs TO ME were not catchy at all and I was hoping for songs as catchy as High School Musical songs 2. The Disney channel original movies don't have the best of actors and this was one of them.. 3. Cruella De Vil, Mother of Aurora and the evil queen don't look right they should find better actresses. Other that that the plot was good and enjoyed the movie
