De la imaginación de la creadora J.K. Rowling, llega el ciclo de películas Animales Fantásticos, una serie de aventuras mágicas que ocurren antes de la época de Harry Potter. Al finalizar la primera película, el poderoso mago oscuro Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) es capturado por MACUSA (Mágico Congreso de USA), con la ayuda de Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne). Sin embargo, cumpliendo su promesa, Grindelwald escapa y comienza a reunir a sus seguidores, quienes no sospechan de su verdadera agenda: aumentar los magos de sangre pura para gobernar a quienes no sean magos. Con el fin de impedir los planes de Grindelwald, Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) recluta a su antiguo estudiante Scamander, que acepta ayudar, sin saber los peligros que se encuentran por delante. Las líneas se dibujan a medida que el amor y la lealtad se ponen a prueba, incluso entre amigos y familiares auténticos, en un mundo mágico cada vez más dividido.

Calificaciones y opiniones

Very hard narrative to follow. The only redeeming quality I saw was the CG. At least the 'Fantastic Beasts' were well done, but beyond that I wish I didn't buy it.

So good! Awesome storyline! The twists were great as well! Despite the hate it got, most people said it was bad and "it wasn't their type of movie"(don't judge movies on wether it is your "type" or not) So sad that Depp will not be returning as Grindelwald for the next one, he did a great job and nobody will be able to replace him. Totally recommend!

I love these films. I loved the speed the diff between the UK and American witchin world. I loved the lead characters and the other characters were rich with personality. I don't know why people r saying it was horrible. Just what did they expect? I loved to see a different slant on Rowling's mind. I'd love more of adult stories. We have seen enough children's stories. Stories of diff worlds.Dobies world and friends, the other schools etc.i hope the writer never loses her imagin & enthu bec ofu
