James Bond is thrust into one of his most riveting adventures in this jam-packed free-for-all of outrageous stunts, passionate encounters and exciting confrontations. Roger Moore portrays agent 007 with lethal determination in a plot that finds him racing against time to find a stolen device capable of controlling a fleet of nuclear submarines. As Bond teams with beautiful Melina Havelock (Carole Bouquet) and infiltrates the Greek underworld, the stage is set for nonstop action -- including automobile chases, thrilling underwater battles and a cliffhanging assault on a magnificent mountaintop fortress!

I thought the stunt work was astounding and Roger's performance, as always, was utter perfection! However, I did think it was a bit to busy for a Bond film. For me, there were just to many characters to keep track of. I mean, it started off alright but as it got nearer the end it went a bit over the top! But, all in all, as Bond films go this is alright and Carole Bouquet's performance particularly stood out, for me. The soundtrack was lovely and will always be my favourite!

They try way to hard to keep you in suspense the action is overdone to the point were it breaks all laws of physics and logic, I guess if you like sci fi you'll be ok whit this

THIS is one of the best ones filmed..Revenge plot..few jokes and Roger Moore in top form..Only an Idiot would say this is his least favorite bond..watch Matt Helm..Or the Original "Casino Royale" from 1965..Or "Operation Kid Brother" with Sean Connery's brother in it. Go back to college..MOONRAKER" GROSSED MORE WORLDWIDE..ADJUSTED FOR INFLATION..THAN all OF SEAN'S put together. Sean Connery is great! BUT Sir Roger did a fine job. So did George Lazenby and Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig is great! Don't be mean to folks who aren't around anymore. There are at least 5 other BOND films worse than "For Your Eyes Only"..watch another hollywood remake of a film,,"Gone With the Wind"..did u like that. SIR ROGER MOORE also was Knighted for UNICEF...Cut Him a break..I tried to be nice. I went to film school 3 times..have a degree...go get one! BOND IS BACK!
