Kept locked inside the house by her father, 7-year-old Chloe lives in fear and fascination of the outside world, where Abnormals create a constant threat – or so she believes. When a mysterious stranger offers her a glimpse of what's really happening outside, Chloe soon finds that while the truth isn't so simple, the danger is very real.

I forgive this film for its final 20 minutes. It was really, really good up until then. A few more months at the writing table (or a month or two with new writers) would have been great rather than leveraging Battlestar Galactica chick vs. bad cgi"

This movie was actually sick, best film I've seen in years. Well done. Considering most movies are just a Macdonalds formula on repeat these days, this is a breath of fresh air.

Best sci-fi flick I've seen for sometime. Trailers don't do it justice, giving the impression that the old man in the ice cream truck was some kind of wacko or government agent, but I couldn't have been more wrong.
