Suffers he same issue as The Matrix Resurrections, just a new coat of paint and spin on the first movie essentially. It's the same .... but different, but still the same. Honestly the new Matrix brought up a very problematic issue with newer movies making sequels in this day in age. Don't get me wrong Afterlife wasn't too terrible but the plot is everywhere, the jump cuts become really confusing at some points and the plot line is literally a rehash of Ghostbusters 1, but in a more edible format to appeal to newer generations to watch. Just meh

I couldn't even watch all of it. It was such a let down compared to the first two movies. To make the audience believe an eleven year-old could grasp scientific data/analysis was extremely far-fetched let alone the younger kids knowing nothing about the events that took place back in the 80os. Also If you accidentally let out some demon from a contraption you might want to have a tad more urgency 🤦.

Movie is OK....just OK, the kids loved it but had no idea who the Ghostbusters were in my days. References were on a minimal level compared to the spinoff with the ladies back in 2016. Performances were ok but felt too fake when it came to dialogues and how fast the kids got the know-how understanding of operating these ghost streams and traps. Story could've been built better in a way. This felt more like a tribute to me and I get that fact, makes me miss him....Won't write too much, just watch
