Acerca de esta película

Frances (Chloë Grace Moretz), a sweet, naïve young woman trying to make it on her own in New York City, doesn't think twice about returning the handbag she finds on the subway to its rightful owner. That owner is Greta (Isabelle Huppert), an eccentric French piano teacher with a love for classical music and an aching loneliness. Having recently lost her mother, Frances quickly grows closer to widowed Greta. The two become fast friends — but Greta's maternal charms begin to dissolve and grow increasingly disturbing as Frances discovers that nothing in Greta's life is what it seems in this suspense thriller directed by Academy Award® winner, Neil Jordan.

This is one of the most boring movies I have ever watched. I felt I had to drag myself through the film. It was not thrilling in any way. Most of the movie consisted of an older woman staring at a younger woman through a window. The dialogue dragged on for no reason. The film was extremely predictable. There was really nothing great about this film. I feel like I've wasted an hour and a half of my life. Please do not waste your money. It is not worth it.

As exciting to watch as paint drying. Boring, slow moving, anti-climatic, not believable., not a movie for guys....more of a chick flick for women who are scared of their own shadow and incapable of standing up to anyone. If the story line is meant to have a moral lesson its lost. Its not an empowerment for women, nor is it sexual in any way whatsoever. i do not see anything redeemable about this movie at all. Its just boring.

It's a Drama/Suspense movie not a Thriller (not sure why Google categorized it as such). The almost 3 minutes trailer is one of the biggest movie spoilers of any trailer I have recently seen (only leaves out final resolution which is roughly last 10 minutes of the movie) every thing else is there so do yourself a favor and skip the trailer (if you haven't already watched it). Greta (Isabelle Huppert) had such a sinister and unsettling presence that carries on even when she isn't on the screen. No real twists or surprises, nonetheless an enjoyable experience (acting and cinematography) well worth the time.
