1937 Spain: lines are being drawn, sides are being chosen… and the world will never be the same. As the citizens of the village of Guernica live with the day-to-day realities of the Civil War, an American journalist (James D’Arcy) secretly joins forces with a local press-office censor (María Valverde) to work against the stringent restrictions that are becoming more common. But everything changes when German forces attack the town, and the freedom of the press becomes a vital weapon. Based on the historical events of the bombing that set the stage for World War II.

Calificaciones y opiniones

The best thing about the movie is the movie preview. The actors are cast well for their looks. The accents are lame... and good depending on the actors and the scenes. The costuming and sets are great. The story is sadly too predictable scene after scene. The acting is great and terrible all at the same time....but it does have a very unexpected twist in the plot. But like most B movies you won't like the ending. If I were to rate this movie from 1 being crappy to 10 being GREAT... I would rate it a 2. and I think I'm being generous. or 2 stars out of 5....
