Meeting your girlfriend's family for the first time can be tough. Planning to propose at her family's annual Christmas dinner - until you realize that they don't even know she's gay - is even harder. When Abby (Kristen Stewart) learns that Harper (Mackenzie Davis) has kept their relationship a secret from her family, she begins to question the girlfriend she thought she knew. Honestly, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this movie based on the trailer, and the fact that it's a queer representation of a Christmas rom-com. That said, it was well written, well directed, and I absolutely adore Mary Holland and Dan Levy's character immensely. They absolutely made the movie for me. But given everything that Harper pulled, I honestly would have walked out on her, and realized she wasn't the person for me. But hey, that's just me. Definitely give it a watch.

My new favorite movie. I already saw it twice. I hope they will do a second one!
