This movie is a great representation of the novel, and it's wonderful for families with younger children. The streaming quality was great too, especially for not renting HD. Four stars because, come on, they're kids. Don't expect some award winning acting. The script is solid, the music and cinematography were beautiful, and the special effects are well done.

Movie is over 10 years old and it is 8 dollars to buy? Lol Google you so funny. Good movie when I was 10, not worth the price now. Only made it better that the brand new one is the same exact price LOL.

This is a great adaptation of jkrowlings timeless children's book. This movie captures all of the magic of the book on screen very well. The casting choices were especially very strong.some things that hold me back from giving this movie 5 stars is just that the child actors are not at their full potential simply because of their age ( given this I still think they were great) The only other thing is that the cgi is a little bit clunky and outdated. But overall this was a very fun adventure.
