Fed up with answering to higher-ups, Nick, Dale and Kurt decide to become their own bosses by launching their own business in "Horrible Bosses 2." But a slick investor soon pulls the rug out from under them. Outplayed and desperate, and with no legal recourse, the three would-be entrepreneurs hatch a misguided plan to kidnap the investor's adult son and ransom him to regain control of their company in this follow-up to the 2011 hit comedy "Horrible Bosses" that reunites stars Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis as everyone's favorite working stiffs. Jennifer Aniston, Jamie Foxx and Kevin Spacey also reprise their starring roles, while Chris Pine and Christoph Waltz star as new adversaries standing between the guys and their dreams of success.

If there has ever been a movie more painful to listen to, I have not seen it. Nick, Kurt, and Dale's constant jibber jabber could not be worse and their chemistry is terrible. The one good thing about the original was that the three main leads had great chemistry, that, along with any other bright spot from the first is gone and replaced with more ridiculousness that will make your eyes bleed.

I think 3.5/5 stars is perfectly fair IF you critique this movie for what it is. A satire on life, not serious, not trying to be a life changer or even Oscar nominee. It's a comedy to make you laugh and cut loose for two hours and decompress from life. A nice distraction from life, I'm glad I rented it. I am glad I got it at Redbox vs saw it in the theater or paid a lot to see it. I just don't pay much for these types of movies; nor do I expect a masterpiece...just some comedic relief in this crazy world!

I feel like I have to go out of my way to keep you from paying for such a stupid movie. This movie is nothing like the first and the writers made the main characters become complete idiots. It attempts to get cheap laughs but can't even get those. Seriously don't waste your money on this. Just watch the first movie again and call it a night.
