Oracle 0413
This movie has great acting, great humor, and isn't at all what you expect based on the cover art and description. It can be a little hard to get the jokes if you don't understand English slang and culture, but it has so many subtle hints and pokes fun at all the stereotypical American action movies that we see all over the place. All in all, a great movie only matched by the other two movies in the Cornetto trilogy (Shaun of The Dead and At World's End).

Follows in the footsteps of Shaun of the Dead as one of the best genre parodies ever made, it's just cop/action movies this time instead of zombie movies. The cast is much the same as Shaun, which means it's great and the chemistry between them all is amazing. Great writing and snappy dialogue so good you might need to watch it a few times to catch it all. One of the best comedies of its decade.

While The World's End deals with more real issues, and Shawn of the Dead is more slapstick, Hot Fuzz strikes a line between the 2 and feels very genuine in it's progression. It doesn't feel rushed. Simon Pegg can right a damned good story.
