How is it rated R? It should be PG-13 at most, it isnt scary and it should be labeled as a comedy, low budgit movie. The "monsters" look like costumes bought from the dollar store and the story doesn't make sense, like how did his dead war soldier friend kidnap his son? And how did the hanging women have ANYTHING to do with the movie. If you want classic horror try friday the 13th or halloween, this movie is not the type of movie you would watch to be thrilled by, dont watch it save your money.

I loved this movie as a kid. If you like classic horror films from the 80's you gonna love this movie. It will make you jump out of your seat at times.
