Why should we pay $15 for a 21 minute video that ends when it starts to get interesting. I can easily get a few episodes from a tv series for only $3-$4 each instead of this.

That is such poor form to charge families $10 for a 21 minute episode! We were all baffled it ended so quickly. You should be refunding all our accounts

is great but 21 minutes really how can you have a movie and it's only 21 minutes I think every customer should get a refund or credit funded to their account as it is not the full movie and it is not advertised as a short film or episode $10 for 20 minutes when you can hire a 2-hour movie for $6 I don't get it I think it's wrong I think it needs to be fixed and advertised a lot better I am quite disappointed in this as my daughter thought she was getting to watched the real thing she's upset
