Inhabitants of a fishing island off the coast of Maine find themselves mysteriously cut off from the outside world after the ferry suddenly stops coming. All the phones have gone dead and every boat sent to the mainland fails to return. When dead bodies turn up along the water's edge, the hardy band of survivors must find out who, or what, is killing them.

This is worth a watch. Unlike most horror movies the characters behave logically and realistically. The plot is fairly solid. . Its low budget. But the writing is good. Dialog and acting is mixed. However this is better than some A rated movies I've seen lately. Does have it's campy moments.

TLDR: Really good for what seems to be a pretty low budget movie, goes to show you can make a great film with a low budget. Unlike most horror films where the characters do the most illogical things possible which results in their deaths these people were very logical for the most part and it makes the film all the better. Some of the acting was bad in a few parts but overall I really liked it. I wish more horror films were like this one.

Terrible all around movie. Don't waste your time with this one. You've been warned!
