Release Date: 11/18/1997; so why the errr? No idea. Regarding this movie AND the other 2 in this Trilogy... 2/5 stars for me; & that is generous, IMO; on so many diff LvLs. plot, cast, movie is so/so & trying to hard to be a Great 8Q's movie when it falls short; even as a solid good "B" movie (you'll get if lived in 80s etc... felt like would get better as watched & never happened. So, Why Watch & entire Trilogy; honestly..no Clue (now that a geat funny solid 4.5/5, release 12/13/85; Movie).

Worst horror comedy film ever with terrible dad jokes and bad acting just watched the rifftrax versison that's 5 out of 5 on rifftrax version.

This is one of those classic b movies that never gets old. Plus Shannon Elizabeth has a role in the movie.
