Jonathan is sick and tired of the boring life in his sea-gull clan. He rather experiments with new, always more daring flying techniques. Since he doesn't fit in, the elders expel him from the clan. So he sets out to discover the world beyond the horizon in quest for wisdom.

It was a ok movie I think the soundtrack written by Neil diamond is better but there is a message in the movie that if you can dream it you can do it and I liked that about the movie

The book was better but all movies are like that that are based on the book. Although it is still great and highly recommend you buy it

Love the theme and the music could not be better.
