Acerca de esta película

The small town of Pacashau, Georgia, has fallen on hard times, but the people are counting on the Divinity Church Choir to lift their spirits by winning the National Joyful Noise Competition. The choir has always known how to sing in harmony, but the discord between its two leading ladies now threatens to tear them apart. Their newly appointed director, Vi Rose Hill (Latifah), stubbornly wants to stick with their tried-and-true traditional style, while the fiery G.G. Sparrow (Parton) thinks tried-and-true translates to tired-and-old. Shaking things up even more is the arrival of G.G.'s rebellious grandson, Randy (Jeremy Jordan). Randy has an ear for music, but he also has an eye for Vi Rose's beautiful and talented daughter, Olivia (Keke Palmer). If these two strong-willed women can put aside their differences for the good of the people in their town, they--and their choir--may make the most joyful noise of all. MPAA Rating: PG-13 for some language including a sexual reference. © 2012 Alcon Film Fund, LLC

Pretty good, but not as good as I expected. Thing were a little to in-realistic moments such as the dialog and sudden timing, and somethings just didn't make sense, like you would just be watching it and all of a sudden somebody's at a hospital, fight, or funeral. Other wise: funny, Emotional, sassy and more.

This was so good, it's been a long time since I've seen Dolly's beautiful smile. And it warms my heart to see the family of God not prejudice, but love. Yes let's make a joyful sound together

It was an amazing movie, comedic and modern, normal people but good. Yes, it has some things that go against Christian faith but I'd an amazing film. Not all Christians are as perfect as we like to seem, and this film shows that while bringing in the concept that we still keep trying.
