Apartment building superintendent Cleveland Heep rescues what he thinks is a young woman from the pool he maintains. When he discovers that she is actually a character from a bedtime story who is trying to make the journey back to her home, he works with his tenants to protect his new friend from the creatures that are determined to keep her in our world.

DON'T LET THE CRITICS FOOL YOU! I think this movie perfectly represents how black and white and close minded movie critics are. The directing and acting in this film are breathtaking. The themes of destinies intertwining and syncronicities being everywhere are what makes this movie magical. The characters are quirky, sad and have incredibly huge hearts. It makes me believe in magic and fate again, which is something all grown ups want to believe in. MUST WATCH!

Dream a little dream with me. I believe there is a lady in my town house plumbing. Then again again could be an enchanting transvestite with a great make-up artist and designer from Bombay. It could happen. Yeah and my cup a noodles is gourmet. Dreamy flick brings out the storyteller in all of us. Aohm. Amen 👾🤓🧜‍♂️🤠

This is one of my Top 3 M. Night Shamalan movies. I love how the story is told and unfolds. I just wish the would have gotten a better Madam Nymph. I don't particularly like Dallas Howard as an actress in ANYTHING! 😛😒
