關於這部電影

In the futurist action thriller Looper, time travel will be invented - but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a looper - a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) - is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good... until the day the mob decides to 'close the loop', sending back Joe's future self (Bruce Willis) for assassination. The film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and also stars Emily Blunt, Paul Dano and Jeff Daniels. Ram Bergman and James D. Stern produce. - 2012 Looper Distribution, LLC. This is a very good film. Has the old style ruff and slumming it mixed with futuristic and well thought out. As all films this good, there is an expected "dragging" part, but this doesn't spoil the ending in anyway. As positive as I can be, this probably won't be my first choice of films to repeat on a boring Sunday

Very disappointed with this 'time travel' film, considering all the critical acclaim, I was expecting a much more involving plot. Don't waste your money on this, wait until you see it on a flight somewhere. As a side note, Google Play's 'HD' films are a complete and utter rip-off. No wonder people use torremt sites. If your selling an 'HD' film in 2013 for £4.50 to rent ONE single film - at least make it FULL HD, not this awful quality 720p rubbish. This was my first Google Play 'HD' rental, and it'll be my last until prices drop significantly and the streaming quality increases in bit-rate and resolution. Back to Netflix and LF.

Let's get it out the way. The 'twist' plot line was so predictable that only those who've never read a book or watched a film will be surprised. The acting was dreadful. I never felt any connection with any of the characters with the exception of wishing a terminal conclusion would hurry upon them.
