When a group of teens sneak out of their high school dance for some unsupervised mayhem, Vice Principal Mr. C (Robert Patrick of TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY) is onto them, and he sets off to track them down. Meanwhile, the friends' party plans hit a snag when they run out of gas on a deserted road. They head out on foot and soon find themselves at the mercy of Junior Joad, a cannibalistic killer from an urban legend.
