Robert Downey Jr. returns as Tony Stark, the wealthy playboy whose exploits as Iron Man are now public knowledge after his admission at the close of the first film. In the follow-up, Stark is pitted against his Russian arch nemesis, Whiplash (Mickey Rourke), and corporate rival Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell).

It wasn't as good as the first but still enjoyable on some scenes, a great introduction to Black Widow and War Machine.

IRON MAN 2 is totally awesome! *Spoilers* IRON MAN, TONY STARK, IVAN VANKO, PEPPER, JUSTIN HAMMER, RHODEY, NICK FURY, NATALIE RUSHMAN, WAR MACHINE, HAPPY, NATASHA ROMANOFF, CHRISTINE EVERHART, JARVIS, & the real GEM of this film, BLACK WIDOW!! -- all these characters are GREAT! Excellent music - JOHN DEBNEY. I miss TERRANCE HOWARD, but DON CHEADLE is great! MVP's in this film are ROBERT DOWNEY JR, SAM ROCKWELL, & SCARLETT JOHANSSON! But, MICKEY ROURKE & GWYNETH PALTROW are great too. 10/10 Easy!
