Men in Black follows the exploits of agents Kay (Jones) and Jay (Smith), members of a top-secret organization established to monitor alien activity on Earth. The two MiB find themselves in the middle of the deadly plot by an intergalactic terrorist (Vincent D'Onofrio) who has arrived on Earth to assassinate two ambassadors from opposing galaxies. You will not be disappointed by this film; its great fun and can be seen multiple times, but, it's an older title and if you have it on DVD and previously had it on laser disc, it's hard to justify buying this title yet again! If you don't have it and want a copy, well, you should have bought it during the "sale". I almost considered another copy digitally for my phone, but, decided against it since I already have it. This first Men in Black is truly the best of the series.

This movie created a new genre of comical sci-fi. Up until this movie, sci-fi was either too serious about itself or was a complete parody. MIB created a sci-fi world where comedy could merge effectively with some action and cliffhanging excitement. There are also some genuine sentimental aspects to the movie in K's nostagia for his former life. Recommend this movie for all, even if you don't like sci-fi.

If you liked the first two movies you'll love the 3rd. Will Smith playing Agent J races against time as he tries to stop an invasion and save the younger K at the same time. While a dangerous animal by the name of Boris the Animal is hunting down K and bringing on an invasion in NYC.
