Known for his unorthodox methods of treatment for his patients, Dr. Daya Anand prescribes a husband for an amnesiac woman, Asha. The prescribed husband is a widower, Anand Verma, with a son. Anand reluctantly agrees to the deal and pose as her husband until Ashas memory returns. Several months go by and Ashas condition remains the same. Just when they decide to marry, a young man Ajay comes into their lives, claiming to be Ashas betrothed, and now wants to marry her.
