When zoo worker Frank Detorri (Bill Murray) contracts the virulent virus Thrax (voice of Laurence Fishburne), inside his body--known as "The City of Frank" to its inhabitants--a white blood cell cop, Osmosis Jones (voice of Chris Rock), and a cold tablet, Drix (voice of David Hyde Pierce), join forces to fight the invading virus intent on taking over "The City." But to bust Thrax, Osmosis Jones must bypass Mayor Phlegmming (voice of William Shatner) and enlist the aid of the Mayor's assistant, Leah (voice of Brandy Norwood). When Osmosis and Thrax clash in the climactic battle of this germ warfare, Frank's life--and the lives of all the citizens of The City of Frank--hang in the balance.

The only thing I did not care for in this movie was the live-action bits. But the animated bits were enjoyable, and among the cleanest animation I have ever seen. (Ironic, I know.)

I first watched this movie when in my middle science class when we were learning about anatomy. It's also where I first knew Bill Murray's name. The more I watch it, the more I realize how weird the movie really is. But it's still pretty good.

Perfect to watch if you catch a cold or Covid-19! Chris Rock was born to voice Osmosis Jones🦠 the humor, the jokes, & villian, everything about it is perfect! The CGI animation was ahead of it's time especially for 2001 they don't make em the same anymore! Very underrated deserves more credit! Satisfied to own on Digital to watch on the go!
