Fragmented story, poor pacing, bland action, lack of character depth, and a plethora of cheesy lines. I believe that you should watch comic book movies with an expectation of exaggerated action and over the top dialogue, but this movie makes it very hard to turn my b.s. meter off. Disappointed, and confused by those who prefer this one to the last.

Of all the Punishers, Ray Stevenson is the best. I say that after years of being a Thomas Jane Punisher fan. A terrific, over the top comic adaption, which is just how it should be. Netflix's Punisher comes in third, even though Benthal's performance definitely shined in a mental, tortured way. Then there was Dolph, who is a distant last place. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

After seeing the first Punisher film, I watched this in hopes that this one would be much better, but for the most part, I was wrong. This had to be one of the corniest movies I've ever seen in my life. Apart from some cool action scenes, this movie had some of the corniest lines you've ever heard in a movie. Lol. I did get a laugh out of it though. The end also had to be the corniest ending to any movie I've ever seen in my life to say the least, not to mention blasphemous. They're going to need to re-do the Punisher again. I possibly would however, see it again just for the laughs. Lol! :D
