Raising Arizona, 1987. This second film from the Coen Brothers has parts that I could watch again and again!! Specifically, almost every part with Cage and Hunter. The rest of the cast bothers me, even scenes with the fantastic John Goodman! An ex ex con and a barren deputy hook up and steel one of five quintuplets. The movie expects forgiveness and almost achieves it, in this very dark, yet mostly silly film.

I didn't like it it was just kind of stupid the first role I thought both of them didn't fit I mean I like both actors but they didn't really fit the rules like they didn't do a really good job at playing on the rolls I watched the movie with my community theater group and we had better actors who played the rules and we actually bought it and so did the audience but when we showed my parents the movie after the performance we did they definitely thought that a couple people thought that we did it better

Had this recommended to me by a friend whose taste in films I no longer respect. I don't know whether to blame Cage or the Coens, but that was just terrible.
