After the infamous San Andreas Fault finally gives, triggering a magnitude 9 earthquake in California, a search and rescue helicopter pilot (Dwayne Johnson) and his estranged wife make their way together from Los Angeles to San Francisco to save their only daughter. But their treacherous journey north is only the beginning. And when they think the worst may be over…it’s just getting started.

Full of clichés! The main guy seemed a heavy weight boxer full of tattoos, his wife seemed like a used old porno actress full of botox and their daughter a faked busty chick. Just the special effects are worth the view.

Ik ben halverwege maar gestopt met kijken. Een waardelozer script dan dit, bestaat bijna niet. Wolkenkrabbers vallen om, maar hij weet z'n ex van het dak af te halen met een auto-hover heliocopter. Z'n dochter overleeft in een parkeergarage. Toen heb ik 'm maar uit gedaan......

Je weet eigenlijk wat er gaat gebeuren en het moest spannend voor te stellen het is meer voorspel de film.
