Información de esta película

The story of the monumental life and tragic death of legendary Brazilian motor-racing Champion, Ayrton Senna. Spanning the decade from his arrival in Formula One in the mid 80's, the film follows Senna's struggles both on track against his nemesis, French World Champion Alain Prost, and off it, against the politics which infest the sport. Sublime, spiritual yet, on occasion, ruthless - Senna conquers and transcends Formula One to become a global superstar. Privately, he is humble, almost shy, and fiercely patriotic, donating millions to his native Brasil and contemplating a life beyond motor-racing. Yet he is struck down in his prime on the blackest weekend in the history of the sport, watched live on television by 300 million people. Years on he is revered in Formula One as the greatest motor racing driver of all time - and in Brasil as a Saint. MPAA Rating: PG-13 Strong language and disturbing images

Until now, I've never heard Senna before, but I soon as I watch this film it has been a great experience. Senna is very relatable in my perspective to the point where he has become one of my own personal hero. The way the film is set up is inspirational and good till the end in keeping you on the edge of your seat. This is not just some lame documentary, it is a homage to one of racing history greatest driver and inspiration for all Brazilians.

One of the greatest Formula 1 racers that ever drove an F1 car around a race track. This film looks back on his debut race all the way to his very last race at the circuit that ultimately ended his life, Imola. Whether you have never heard of Formula 1, or if you follow the sport so much that it becomes a part of your soul, you need to watch this amazing film about an amazing Formula 1 legend from Brazil.

Boring to me at first, then by the middle this film became much better. It got better and better and became phenomenal til the end when I cried. I'd never seen a racing movie before and had never even seen a car race. Senna himself became a part of me and I'll not ever forget him or the important part he played in the car racing world (Formula One).
