Millionaire Kailashnaths son Avinash is a spoilt & drunkard man. He and his friend Nagoba do all sorts of bad things. Nagoba also takes advantage of innocent girls, rapes them and sells them at the market. Avinash falls in love with a girl Madhuri, but Madhuri dislikes him and slaps him and because of it Nagoba insults Avinash and slaps him too. Nagoba rapes Madhuri, she becomes pregnant and pleads Nagoba to marry her but Nagoba refuses to accept her. Madhuri gives birth to a baby girl Pooja and bring her up with lots of hard work. Now Pooja is young and she falls in love with a college friend Rahul. But Rahul is greedy for money and hands over Pooja to his friends. Ashish. Vilas and Ranjeet rape Pooja with the help of Gopal, Nagoba’s old Friend. She avenges and kills them all, one by one
