I gave this movie 4 stars because it deserves every last one of them too! I enjoyed Sling Blade, and I thought Billy BoB Thonton did an exceptional job as this mentally challenged murderer. Big ups to SlingBlade....

love the move . try to show it to my wife .. but the audio keeps skipping on me on google play on my tv .. No way to fix it

Billy isn't the best actor and hasn't made very good movies. But the movie gods proved certain characters can only be played by specific actors. This movie is wonderful!
