To amuse themselves during the winter school break, the kids in a small village decide to have a massive snowball fight. Luke and Sophie, both 11 years old, become the leaders of the opposing sides. But what starts out as pure youthful fun and enthusiasm deteriorates into a more serious conflict. Joy is restored when all the children decide to attack the fort rather than each other and happily destroy every last bit of the snow fort.

Remake of the Canadian film The Dog Who Stopped the War, complete with the childhood trauma of the dog actually dying. Ask anyone who grew up in Canada in the 80s and early 90s if they remember the snowball flight movie where the dog dies and watch the scars of childhood trauma reflect through their chilled ghostly stare from being forced watch the original in school, the message of which is lossed to the shock of being tricked into watching something so emotionally damaging. Forgettable remake.
