When a mysterious signal summons the end of the world, it appears that Aubrey (Virginia Gardner) may be the last person left on Earth. Trapped in her dead best friend’s apartment, her only clue is a Mixtape left by her friend, labeled “THIS MIXTAPE WILL SAVE THE WORLD.”
Stricken with grief, seemingly alone in the world and surrounded by monstrous creatures, Aubrey’s reality frays at the edges as she’s thrust into the outside world. She begins to put the clues together, uncovering a series of tapes all with pieces of the mystery signal, but can Aubrey overcome her demons and will completing The Signal save the world… or condemn it?

A brilliantly touching tale of grief and regret, love and loss, memory and music, and dealing with your demons. Beautifully shot and scored/soundtracked. This film deserves to be seen.

Spectacular, slow (in a GOOD way), atmospheric and beautiful allegory of grief told through a sci-fi lens. I've been waiting for a movie like this for years!

Don't bother! Wasn't what I expected and felt I'd wasted allot of time watching a budget movie focused on just one actor running around in one town, the plot didn't make sense, Was it all in her mind? Was there really something more sinister? Guess I'll never know.
