Ever since Tom Witzy (Kevin Bacon) was hypnotized by his kooky sister-in-law (Illeana Douglas), he's had terrifying visions of a horrible crime. But the hallucinations give him more than the creeps when he discovers physical remnants of the nightmares in his waking hours. When Tom learns his son can also see ghosts, he must find a way out of the spell and solve the mystery that haunts him and his family.

I purchased the HD version of this movie, it has been on my wishlist since December. Sadly the quality is disappointing. HD version is blurry and grainy. Thankfully, Google Play has excellent customer service! The movie itself is thrilling though, Bacon delivers a great performance. No matter how many times I see it I still jump.

This movie is one that I get out around Halloween. I can watch it over and over again and it never gets old. I knew from the moment he is put in a hypnotic state that it was going to be great. The characters and acting is excellent. For those that like suspense and not just looking for blood and guts type movie....you will not be disappointed.

Loved this movie when it first came out. Many years later and I'm still watching it : )
