Several hundred years after the bloody Battle of Dannoura in 1185, the Genji and Heike clans clash again over rumours of hidden gold in a poor mountain town. Calificaciones y opiniones

I love this movie and think it's a very clever rebuttal to the US Hollywood reappropriation culture over there. It's a Japanese remake of an Italian remake of a US remake of a Japanese Samurai film. And all of the cast speak English phonetically and the only Japanese spoken in the film is bile English speaking actor who is Quentin Tarantino. Very clever but significantly shorter than the Japanese cut. Ironic.
