Every word. I am sincerely grateful for my recovery. Each new day opens the door for awareness to begin. I am no longer worthless! I am somebody, just me. Kind and compassionate, humble, loyal and grateful. Thank God for faith, love and hope for a much brighter future. In the beginning of my recovery was a struggle that was more than a decade ago. The hope is there, just ask someone for help.

As a former heroin addict, I really enjoyed the doc. However, I wish more ppl would educate & raise awareness about the mental health aspect of addiction.

Amazing film for those in recovery and those touched by the disease of alcoholism/addiction. Really explains how misunderstood/misinterpreted the 11th tradition is.
