Well much like most of the reviews, it was far better than I was expecting, a great movie. Great acting, story and full of suspense. Perhaps a little dated, but for those who can appreciate a movie that has no cgi or fancy effects, relying more on old school movie values, I highly recommend it. Great submarine warfare movie. Good acting performances. Seemed all accurate depicted. Tension at the end unbeatable. This movie is a blast (literally. )

I discovered this film one Saturday afternoon completely by accident, the story is compelling and well-written and wholly believable
