Louis Leterrier has brains for intense, hard-hitting action, But, not for witty, hilarious comedy. It's comedy is empty, but it's action is full. It's crude humor is predictably unfunny and mindless, because of how it was scripted, that way, the crude comedy stops the story from moving forward. Louis and The writers has made innocent children cussing, which it should never EVER be part of the script, otherwise the children would end up being one of those stereotypes who are not Christians. The story loses focus on it's direction and moves a little bit, not to mention the story is also not straight either, it's all because of the unnecessary comedy, and the unlikable simplistic characters. Speaking of characters: just because the 2 main characters have depth, doesn't mean that we should care about them, they are dumb, somewhat immature, and they have no interest on animals. the scenes with the animals look like they came straight out of "Wildboyz," which tries to put comedy into effect by bothering animals and trying to make animals do stupid unrealistic stuff, But, This film is much worse than that: they don't like animals, one of the bros bullies a zebra, runs away from a cheetah, both the two brothers abused the two African elephants in the middle of their mating rights, and a dog is thrown out the window. ANIMAL ABUSE! Sure, the two brothers stick together no matter what, but, that's the only moral in this film, the rest is just outrageous and insufferable. Also: the two brothers don't care about everyone else and just puts them aside. Overall: Painfully unfunny and disposable, this is a powerfully unpleasant pile of African elephant dung. Also, it is more of a mindless action thriller, than it is a comedy. is it supposed to be goofy, silly, and stupid? Well, these goofball moments were used for a terrible purpose. It's age appropriate restricted content is mature (rated R and suitable for ages 18 and up), but, it's characters and structure is immature. Not recommended at all costs.

Sacha Baron Cohen and Ben Stiller tried to outdo each other for stupidest movie ever made. Cohen obviously has the vulgarity factor which was funny in Borat, growing old in Bruno, now it's a dead art form. The M. Night of comedy films. Pass. I just can't believe they talked Mark Strong into this.

Imagine a Jackass movie where over half of the material is sodomy and teabagging. Now add in a few firearm jokes and racial stereotypes. Now there's a few laughable moments, but they're few and far between, the rest makes you hang your head and chant dear god over and over...
