Self explanatory really. Just watch it. Those giving bad reviews and calling it a fad are the same people that fall into the trap of the Black Lives Matter fad that shows up every 4 years around election time.

Nothing but lies to cash in on a fad! Plants are good, but they are filled with pesticides as well. This movie uaa disinformation at its finest. Never trust Hollywood!

Hands down the best plant-based documentary I've seen so far! Not only does it bust the main myths surrounding meat and health, but it also touches on the environmental impact and the animal welfare concerns of our current food system. Doctors and scientists show the hard evidence (pun intended for those who have seen the film, HAHA) on how quickly the body is affected after eating meat vs. plant-based. A++
