The small Canadian, harbour of Tickle Cove is in dire need of a doctor so that the town can land a contract to secure a factory which will save the town from financial ruin. An easygoing, oddly humorous script that would also sit well with Aus and Brit indy films..

A charming story told with a superb balance of offbeat humour and genuine heart. Just lovely.
