I watched the whole movie and felt disguisted of a good animation, being ruined.. even though i am a big fan of 'Avatar: The last airbender' and 'The legend of Korra'. I kinda understand that you are going to have some difficulties fitting 3 seasons into about 2 hours movie.. overall the movie felt like we the audience was in S3E17. That reaction was like mine. Before Sokka told the actor the terrible but corny puns. If they're planning to make another movie.. God help us all

I understand, its an adaptation. Not everything is going to be like the show, but they changed the most integral components that made the show a success. Sokka's an emo, Katara's useless, Aang moody, etc. They had a silver plater. Just make the movie remotely similar to the show and it would've been a success. Even if this was being looked at from a movie standpoint, the movie still sucks. The acting is TERRIBLE, the fighting scenes were lackluster, etc. There is so much wrong, but that is all I will say

Worst film I have ever seen, worst adaptation of anything I've ever seen...and Dragon Ball was quite painful too. I'm convinced they used one camera to make the film. Fight scenes were static and boring. Actors were unconvincing, and the film lacked any of the humor found in the show. The show had so much more life. Even the comics are more engaging for fight scenes and emotional affect. When I think of terrible films, this is the first that comes to mind.
