They simply don't make them like this anymore. Probably one of my top 25 greatest movies. Really miss Gene Wilder, he was a class act all around.

I saw this movie 9 times the opening week. It's one of my favorite movies. The vibrancy of the film, the clarity of Gene Wilder's emotional performance, and the amazing set decoration for a movie that cost so little. It's a classic. But you'd be forgiven if you're too busy enjoying the thing to notice how wonderful it is. But it and watch it again and again.
