Acerca de esta película

A decade after Zombieland became a hit film and a cult classic, the lead cast (Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin, and Emma Stone) have reunited for Zombieland: Double Tap. In the sequel where the comic mayhem stretches from the White House and through the heartland, these four slayers must face off against the many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.

This came out far too late... No one wanted a sequel and it really feels like a paycheck for some of these actors. The two female leads especially have nothing to do or say in the film. The jokes don't land, most of them are silly or gross humour. It's a poorly written film that has nothing to say. Zombies are old, nothing new or notable here.

Just as good, if not slightly better than the first. Same characters we got so accustomed to in the first with a few others we know and love from other shows and movies; Luke Wilson, Rosario dawson just to name a few. This kept me little bit on the edge because in the first one you just have that feeling that everyone is going to survive, but in double tap, it feels a little more like you know one of your favorite characters is going to die. Heres to hoping there will be a 3rd.

As sequels go, this is a pretty decent one. It made me laugh several times, and it was nice to see the original cast back together. It was a little over-the-top at times, and I wasn't really expecting them to capture lightning in a bottle twice. I don't hate myself for spending the time watching it, but if you're not a fan of the first one or zombie movies in general, I'd say you could give it a pass.
