In the midst of COVID, Amber struggles with her long distance relationship with Dimitri when he becomes possessive. Maci puts her personal feelings aside when Bentley wants to go to therapy with Ryan. Catelynn struggles to decide if Nova should go to school in person during the pandemic. An old flame resurfaces in Cheyenne's life, while Mackenzie tries to mend her marriage with Josh but it's too late.

Amber is shocked when Gary asks her to move onto his property. Catelynn pursues a career in microblading while Mackenzie accepts a job opportunity in Florida. Bentley starts therapy and Maci is heartbroken when she finds out he feels neglected by his dad. Meanwhile, as Cheyenne keeps her relationship with Zach a secret from Cory, Cory has news to share of his own.

When Mackenzie's father needs to have quadruple bypass surgery, her plans to move to Florida are put on pause. Maci worries about Bentley's performance in school while Catelynn and Tyler contemplate having another child. Amber puts her anxiety aside to hang out with Leah and Cheyenne's friends question her rekindled relationship with Zach and confront him.

Maci helps Bentley decide if he should go to his brother, Jagger's birthday since Ryan will be there. Catelynn and Tyler work on discipling Nova while Amber makes a decision about living on Gary's property. Mackenzie's father has quadruple bypass surgery and Ryder spills the beans about Cheyenne's relationship with Zach to Cory.

Catelynn believes she's pregnant while Maci deals with a change in venue for Jagger's birthday party which puts Bentley in an awkward position. Cheyenne considers buying a new house with Zach while Amber and Gary think about opening a roadside produce stand. Meanwhile, Mackenzie and Josh don't see eye-to-eye when it comes to moving to Florida as a family.

Amber deals with online trolls who criticize her weight while Catelynn receives her microblading certification and looks into opening her own studio. To raise awareness during PCOS month, Maci accepts a challenge from Taylor. Meanwhile, Mackenzie and her kids move to Florida and Josh realizes he can't live without them. Cheyenne celebrates her birthday and shocks her friends and family with a huge announcement.

After discovering that a staff member at Nova's old daycare is a sex offender, Catelynn and Tyler decide to talk to Nova about protecting herself. Mackenzie struggles starting her new job in Florida and taking care of the kids without Josh. Amber relaunches her online clothing store while Maci and Taylor talk to Bentley about safe sex. Meanwhile, Cheyenne wants her family in the delivery room but due to Covid she doesn't know who will be allowed.

Cheyenne and Zach's families pressure them to get married while Mackenzie and Josh give their marriage another chance in Florida. For the first time ever, Catelynn and Tyler decide to vote in the Presidential Election. Maci is frustrated when she discovers that Ryan's dad, Larry, talked to a tabloid. Meanwhile, Amber is in shock when Leah calls her out for being an absent mother.

Cheyenne shocks Cory with her pregnancy news. Amber struggles when her dog's health is deteriorates and Catelynn and Tyler are concerned that Nova might have a learning disability. Mackenzie celebrates her 26th birthday while Maci's life changes forever when she is caught in the middle of a shootout.

As Maci copes with the aftermath of the shooting, Cheyenne uses her platform to discuss racial injustice. Mackenzie's friends come to visit her in Florida and question her rekindled marriage. Catelynn and Tyler get news that his sister has relapsed and Amber's relationship with Leah continues to deteriorate when she chooses to miss Leah's birthday party.

Cheyenne is nervous for the results of Zach's genetic test that will determine whether their unborn child will have VLCAD. After not going to Leah's birthday party, Amber tries to repair the damage caused by her absence.

Cheyenne and Zach have a gender reveal party and finally get the results of Zach's genetic test. Maci is shocked to learn that Ryan had a session with Bentley's therapist. Mackenzie pushes Josh to move to Florida permanently while Amber seeks advice on mending her relationship with Leah, but fears it might be too late. After finally getting pregnant, Catelynn suffers a miscarriage.

In Part 1 of the Teen Mom OG reunion, Catelynn reveals a big surprise and Cheyenne discusses intimate details about her relationship with Zach. Amber and Gary's co-parenting relationship deteriorates even further while Maci and Taylor's conversation with Jen and Larry takes a dramatic turn.

Catelynn and Tyler are shocked when they find out the gender of their baby with an at-home test. Mackenzie goes home to Oklahoma to surprise her dad and finds out he's still struggling with depression. Maci deals with the aftermath of Taylor and Larry's argument at the reunion and how it's affecting Bentley. Amber tries to mend her relationship with Leah, while Cheyenne and Zach have a huge fight after a prenatal check-up.

Maci and Taylor's argument with Ryan's parents intensifies while Mackenzie reflects on her tumultuous year. Kristina joins Gary to give her side of the story and Cate discusses her pregnancy. Cory, Tyler, Gary, Josh and Taylor give Zach parenting advice.

Heading into her 3rd trimester, Cheyenne needs Cory to help out more with Ryder but he has other plans. Catelynn is hesitant but Tyler wants to try ketamine therapy. Mackenzie and her family celebrate her late mother's birthday. Amber wants to have a joint therapy session with Leah but Gary doesn't think it's necessary. Maci has had enough and decides not to communicate with Ryan's family anymore.

Amber wants to pursue a college degree in Psychology. Mackenzie and Josh seek professional help for Broncs. Catelynn tries to understand Tyler's ketamine treatment. Cheyenne is devastated when her sister decides to move to DC. Still working through her PTSD from the gas station shootout, Maci takes a big step towards her recovery.

Still hoping to reconnect with Leah, Amber sends her an emotional video message. Maci and Taylor worry that Maverick might be held back from going to kindergarten. While on vacation in Florida, Catelynn and Tyler meet up with Mackenzie and Josh for the first time. Meanwhile, Cheyenne celebrates Ryder's 4th birthday before Cory leaves to compete on The Challenge.

Catelynn takes her microblading career to the next level and starts taking on clients. Gary finally invites Amber over to see Leah. Mackenzie contemplates if Broncs should repeat Pre-Kindergarten. Maci and Taylor divide their time between the kids' sports games but Maci feels left out when it comes to spending time with Bentley. Meanwhile, after not being able to go to any prenatal appointments, Cheyenne surprises Zach and her family with a 4D ultrasound.

Maci has a panic attack when she drives by the gas station where the shooting took place. Amber reveals that she is bisexual. Catelynn finds out that her brother has a girlfriend, so she talks to him about safe sex. Mackenzie expands her business by renting a work out space. Meanwhile, as Cheyenne plans a baby sprinkle for baby Ace, Zach asks Cheyenne's dad for his blessing on a proposal.

Catelynn considers having Nova in the room when she gives birth. Zach decides to pursue a real estate license but Cheyenne is concerned he will not be able to balance a newborn with a new career. Mackenzie reaches out to a parenting coordinator.

Maci attempts to explain her PTSD to Bentley while Mackenzie and Josh get advice from a parenting coordinator. Catelynn and Tyler try to wean Vaeda off her pacifier before the new baby arrives. Amber worries that her obsession with succeeding in school will compromise her mental health. Zach surprises Cheyenne with an elaborate proposal at their baby sprinkle.

Catelynn and Tyler explain Carly's adoption to Nova. Cheyenne finds out she will likely be induced for the safety of her baby. Maci makes healthy lifestyle changes to help manage her PCOS. After celebrating Broncs's graduation from Pre-K, Mackenzie and Josh face a decision on whether to hold Jaxie back from 2nd grade. Meanwhile, Gary invites Amber over to see Leah and their reunion does not go as planned.

When Mackenzie struggles to keep her blood sugar under control, she lashes out at Josh. Gary reaches out to a parenting coach for advice on Leah and Amber's relationship. Cheyenne goes into the early stages of labor. Maci wants Taylor to see a therapist. Meanwhile, Catelynn and Tyler have a visit with Carly, and struggle to share their feelings when it's time to say goodbye.

Cheyenne gives birth to baby Ace while Catelynn plans a babymoon. Taylor goes behind Maci's back. Mackenzie's father comes to visit, so she tries to get his health back on track. Meanwhile, Gary wants to understand Amber's mental illnesses so agrees to go to therapy with her.

Amber and Gary finally go to therapy for a joint session. Maci and Taylor plan a romantic date to continue working on their marriage. Mackenzie's father asks to take Jaxie to Oklahoma for the summer. Cheyenne is exhausted dedicates time to postpartum recovery. Meanwhile, Catelynn and Tyler welcome their fourth and final child.

In Part 1 of the Teen Mom OG Reunion, Maci shares dating advice with Y&P's Brianna while Cate and Ty discuss Rachel's childhood trauma. Amber finds out information that sends her reeling while Cheyenne and Cory question if they are doing enough to make Ryder feel stable.
