A high-level dispute between myself and Viz over the continuing absence of the company's Neon Alley service from Canada, which Viz categorically refuses to resolve, permanently prevents me from purchasing this. If Neon Alley is never going to launch in Canada, Viz Media will never get a cent of my money.
