The app breaks every time!! I can't watch my videos. I always have to uninstall and install again, and this way SOMETIMES works 🙄 2mo after and the app still sucks!!! literally EVERY TIME I try to open one of the videos it comes the phrase "Oops! So sorry. We're working to make things better. Click to try again" Then I click, the screen gets black and nothing happens. It's SO frustrating. The website works fine, why does the app breaks all the time?!??? If I could I would give 0 stars

This app could be better for other devices as far as the display on 2 different fronts: 1st: It displays like a smartphone screen on every device, with no options whatsoever. It should be able to rotate, fill in, or adjust to the device and/or format, whether mobile or desktop. 2nd: There are no settings for theme. Not everyone can sit and read a Bright White Screen for long periods of time. Add an option to have a dark and/or modified background comfortable to any particular reader's eyes.

I purchased the "captcha" job for $37.00 and tried refunding but can't go through the steps as it gets lost. It is not what i purchased. It is decieving. I want my refund. Plus everything is written in portuguese and i can't understand it. Please, i want my refund. I am reporting this on Better Business Bureau as a scam. For those of you who thought you were going to start working for Google looking for mistakes on Captchas, don't buy!!! It is a scam. The email cannot be contacted.
