Netflix has great shows. But the app on Android (Samsung S21) is frustrating. For some reason, it keeps playing shows with subtitles, even though they are turned off. I'll restart the app... and it's hit or miss whether subtitles are on. It ruins the experience. Please fix this bug.

The App makes it incredibly easy to add an extra person by mistake with one click and no cancel option. increasing payment by $8 monthly. when you go to cancel, of course you aren't able through the app, you have to go to the website. So I did, and I still couldn't cancel that extra person until I finished setting it up with a name and email. I had to reach out to customer service to cancel and get a refund. As a 9 year customer, this is truly unacceptable.

App works fine but the company went back on everything it originally stood for. "You'll own nothing and be happy." Netflix originally was a better option than paying the outrageous prices of movies, but they've gotten so greedy that the monthly fee is about the cost of a movie, but you'll never own it. They promised no ads and said password sharing was ok, but went back on that. Would have given them a one star, but they are less deceptive about their ads than other services.
