Aliexpress: Shopping Online

Garbage app doesn't work. I just registered and tried to place a order, but the screen stays frozen on "order confirmation". It's a shame, I wanted to give Aliexpress a try, but I guess I'll stick with ebay and Amazon. Small update since writing this review. After deleting and reinstalling the app, I tried logging back in only to find out my account was disabled. I haven't even had the account for less than 6 hours.

The app can be a little confusing at check out if you start to place your order and change your mind and back out. It places all the items in a "need to pay" tab instead of keeping them in your cart. But you can't get to the tab from your now empty cart, you have to go to your account menu. And the tracking isn't very explicit. You will need something like parcelsapp to find out where your items actually are. I also don't care for the way prices fluctuate rapidly and drastically.

When trying to bundle items to buy, there's no delete button on any items put in the bundle cart, so we are forced buying the product or wait 48 hours and the bunble Cart resets. It's hilarious because when you speak to technical support, they are confused themselves 😂. This is a big issue because it forces people buying something they didn't really want and that's why I give it a 1 star, until they fix it.
